Assessment fee is $160.00 and at least $80.00 is expected to be paid prior to your assessment. A drug screen is also conducted at the time of assessment and payment for that is expected as well. A total of $120.00 is due at time of assessment, however charges may be more depending on type and length of assessment. You will be billed for charges over the $120.00 on the day of assessment.
If you are unable to pay for services we will request you complete a financial assessment and return the required documents to us so we can work out a payment plan, or we suggest you return at a later date with payment. We accept Insurance and Medicaid and will bill for services. Drug screens are not covered by Medicaid or insurance so you will be responsible for payment of these fees.
Statements are sent out on a bi-month status and payment is expected.
