Adult Services:
Our assessments are done on a first come first serve basis Monday,Wednesday,Thursday and Friday. Our office opens at 8:20AM, so it is best to show up prior to this time and get in line.
ADSAP assessments are only done on Tuesday morning, we open at 8:20am and it is first come first serve. Bring a 10yr driving record from the DMV and $75.00 for your assessment.
Children and Adolescents:
Can call to make an appointment. We do assessments Monday - Friday and have late afternoon appointments to avoid missing school. |
